The DA is currently still in Council.
Council is trying to get through as many as they can quickly. 
Had to push back front of house from 6m to 6.5m - which is nothing. There was no concern there.
Fingers crossed this will pass shortly.

Neighbours either side have started works on their property.
Not happy that they have encroached on the block. Just been keeping an eye on it. They have to make good either way.

Have gotten quotes for fencing to rear fence that adjoins an existing property.

Other blocks in development have re-sold recently - but I have been told that our block is one of the best picks several times. Some owners of other blocks are going to go back on the market due to OSD requirements.

The OSD is not an issue, a small retaining wall has to be put in place, this would have to be done, either way.

Over Easter we obtained a current brick sample 'Engage' this sample is darker than our original pick, and the colour board at Colour Selections, nothing can be done as this is 'natural variance'.
