26 August 2016 Roller door installation, sanding complete on gyprock

23 August 2016 Gyprock completed

17 August 2016 Insulation started, gyprock delivered, cornice delivered

17 August 2016 Progress Invoice Issued

30 July 2016 Met with Landscaper

July 2016 Roof Complete - 8 roofers onsite

22 June 2016 Frame Complete

5 May 2016 Placed on the Construction List (Day 1)MDJ advised 2 x tiles no longer avail, one has direct replacement, need to choose new one.

4 May 2016 MDJ issued receipt for 1st Invoice

3 May 2016 MDJ received Construction Certificate

29 April 2016 Back colourbond fence installed

26 April 2016 MDJ sent 1st Invoice for payment MDJ received approved plans from Council

18 April 2016 DA Approved !

14 Mar 2016 Building Approval Application submitted

2 Nov 2015 Land settled

30 Oct 2015 Settlement due Monday morning 2.11.15

14 Oct 2015 Told settlement on land due early November - asked to settle earlier.

13 Oct 2015 Real estate agent sends test msg - Stage 1 registered :) :)

MDJ advised they can now do their searches.
