Since the last update, a lot of things have happened

1. Concrete pits for Onsite Water Detention were delivered - I was told by the plumber that they sent the wrong ones. The correct ones came and have been put in place.
2. Frames were delivered on 20.6.16
3. Frames were completed 22.6.16
4. Bricks delivery 29.6.16 - only 4 pallets
5. Bricks started on 4.7.16

Since the brickwork has started 2 weeks ago now. A few days the brickies have not worked due to 'rain' or they did not appear on site.

Today is a day full of sunshine - after the Harbour city was covered in fog.

Update 2 June 2016

Thursday Update

1. Piering completed 24.5.16 - allowance 70lm - came in at 77.5lm - extra charge for 7.5lm.
2. Slab preparation work completed on Friday 27.5.16, Saturday 28.5.16
3. SLAB POURED Monday 30.5.16
4. Progress Invoice issued 1.6.16

1. Site was scrapped on Wednesday.
2. Letter received stating Completion Date
3. Phone call just received (as I type this) piering tomorrow 24.5.16

Update

On 11 May 2016, had to attend MDJ office to choose new tiles for Bathrooms and Laundry as tiles we picked sometime ago were discontinued. There is only a slight difference from the original pick.
