Ok, so we had the walk through at the Colour Selection Studio.
So much to see, so many questions to ask.
But we were certain on what we wanted.

Today an email arrived today advising of the date for the "Walkthrough" Colour Selection Studio - 4th July 2014. Yay !!! How quick

Things to research further:

1. air conditioning
2. hot water system

D - Day

Ok, today is the D - Day ... Deposit Time.
Estimate has been looked at, gone through again just in case something was missed.

So I guess this is Day 1
